HOW TO ENROL AT KNOX PARK PS

1. Fill in a current Enrolment form (download from this site or avail from Office)
2. Bring in your childs Birth Certificate (office staff will photocopy)
3. Bring in your childs Immunisation Certificate (avail from Knox Council - office staff will photocopy)

Once the above documents are presented to the school, your child is officially enrolled for the following year

PLEASE ENROL AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE
WE ENCOURAGE ALL PREP ENROLMENTS TO BE IN BY THE END OF JULY
